We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your item. * Return and Refund Policy doesn't apply to Sales and Clearance items.
Return Process
To begin a return, please contact us at getintouch@bowsandknots.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please ensure that your return is in its original condition to avoid any issues.ย ๐ฆ
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

Restocking Fee ๐ธ
A $10 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount for all returns. This fee helps us cover the cost of processing and restocking the returned items.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at getintouch@bowsandknots.com, and weโll make it right.

Exchanges
The quickest way to get a new item is to return your original purchase. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order separately.
European Union โ 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to return your order within 14 days for any reason, no questions asked. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
